Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

    4. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number: Some items may require an RMA number before returning. If an RMA number is required for your specific product, please contact our customer support team to obtain the necessary authorization. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.

    5. Restocking Fees: Please note that certain items may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you during the return process. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
